I'm 75, and we used to play this song live at dance gigs, though not nearly as well. That blonde go-go dancer could the poster child for "reckless abandon", I think.😎
When the song Indian Reservation Came along it jump off the radio dial It was just so fantastic And they had other hits like this one No one hit wonders Many much poorer acts will be I. Hall of fame. Take note Mark Linsey can actually sing very well. Dylan can’t. Bruce can’t. Others questionable
I'm 81 and there isn't a day I don't miss it. Its really amazing no matter how much new music is coming out, that era will never die nor will the ones before it. What's really respectful to my generation is that our younger generation is listening to what I grew up with.
"No matter what you do you'll never run away from you". Great line and life lesson. The 1960's were unparalleled in different music expressions. Paul Revere and the Raiders where an important part of the mix.
Damn, I saw these guys live in 1967 at the Oakland Coliseum, along with The Turtles (Happy Together). I was about 10-years old and went with my two older sisters, ages 12 and 13-years. Pretty damn wild that our father dropped us off in the Coliseum parking lot, then picked us up after the show was over. Who would do that now, allow their three kids, oldest being 13 go to a concert on their own. Anyway, I digress. Great show; I remember all the girls screamoing their heads off!!
They should be in the RRHOF. This music and the message are timeless. RRHOF no longer is what it was due to them letting in all kinds of music that most rockers don't think of as music but noise. This was a class act.
That’s Goldie Hawn Go Go dancing…
I got to see Paul Revere and the raiders in Wisconsin they played at the fair they were so great
I remember my girlfriend who passed away overdosed she couldn't stop
Another wild and groovy song baby, gotta love tis tune.
A real Beatles ripp off , but , they were really great though..... In their short lived stay.....😇😇😀
The video was up in good quality, about 10-15 years ago,i think in 480pixl.I have it somewhere on 1 of my hard drives.
Mark Lindsay singing, Paul on the keyboard, Phil (Fang) and Smitty cutting it up on guitars, Drake on drums. Best ever!
Folks they are showing stupid dancing thxs we latins didn't dance like this
Liked this group 😊
I L❤ved this song back then . Still l❤ve it this day. I had fun .🤗❤️
❤❤❤❤🎼🎶📀💿💥✨🗽🇺🇸😝🤪😜
I wonder if those girls are still rocking it or did arthritis get them.
I believe the blonde in the front is Goldie Hawn

This song slaps

This has to be the most upbeat anti-drug song ever.
Cool song then and to this day! Great performer!
Goldie Hawn is one of the dancers. She can shake it.
Loved Paul Revere and The Raiders. So talented!
Freddy Weller was so cute and a talented singer. He had a career as s country singer after Paul Revere and the Raiders stopped singing.
This song hadca good message in it.

I'm 73... I agree. It's tough to beat the music of the 60's.
They should be in the rock hall of fame.
Rock n roll doesn’t get better than this.
I was born in 76 and the music from the 50s, 60s and 70s is real music not the crap we hear nowadays
Is that Goldie Hawn!???!

Love Cherokee brother Raiders used to play on TV Saturdays, right before American Band Stand🤠🌵🎸🇺🇸
This is a dynamite song. Can't get enough of it.
Great band.Mark Lindsay had a great voice, and ead nice looking.
Meant was
Im 97 years old and I remember being well into my 60s in my moms basements rocking out to these guys. Im on the main floor now though ladies.
U go dude
Written for "The Animals" ... Eric Burden said nope, that's not our style...
One of the greatest pop songs ever.
This is my first time hearing the original, but I'm ruined for it as I loved the 80's Monkeys cover.
I'm 74..listen to it and others of the era nightly..hav no use for today's unintelligible garbage..my opinion 😊
Is that Goldie Hawn dancing in front of Mark Lindsay?
Might be Joey Heatherton.
TIPO, o que eu mais gostei foram as garotas dançando
Scooby-Doo, comes to mind with this song.
kicks just keep harder to get...at 73 I agree....find kicks within.....
That woman dancing had it going on
They were really popular in the 60's. Many good songs. Kicks is one of their best songs.

The Hall is a joke. This group along with Jethro Tull should be in.
The music’s alright, but this band is trying painstakingly to copy the looks and moves of the Beatles. It’s cringy.
Rock and roll HOF!!!!!
Is that Goldie Hawn?
saw them live in High school (Olympia H.S.) in 1966 .. loved it then, love it now
I am 68 years old I love all of their songs/ music and I remember when they were all over the radio
And watched their videos on tv. Where the action is etc.
Boy you're old!
Kicks is still relevant today with the opoids, meth, and heroin. It's got a message still
It looks me that somebody in a 12 step program wrote this great song.
Isn’t that lead dancer in the front Goldie Hawn?
Might be Joey Heatherton. Can't tell for sure.
